This course has been designed to help council member gain a better understanding when it comes to working with current revenues and expenses as well as what effect these will have on next years budget. Learners will be able to enhance their understanding on the council’s role within budgeting process and what a budget contains, councils’ role in preparation of the financial statement, and councils role and relationship with the auditor.
