This course is intended to help Senior Administrative Officers in day-to-day operations, as well as helping out community government staff and the community. Throughout the duration of the course, you will learn how to support positive and productive relationships with your local government to benefit the community, enhance your understanding of the role of an SAO, demonstrate how Council and the SAO can work together as a team, as well as tips and tricks you can apply to your role as an SAO to make a positive difference within your community
